It was my breakfast/lunch yesterday. Carrots, goat cheese, onions, beetroot, red peppers, lentils, mushrooms, lots of spices and some water. Pressure cooker. One of my favorite foods.

My comment was about his charred meat, not your food. I just said I had read it somewhere. I personally think what's going to kill us is the polluted air we breathe, not a bit of charred meat we eat sometimes.

About reheating, it's the flavor you don't like, or you think it's not good for health?

I keep it simple at work, because I don't like cooking and don't like taking complicated food there. The microwave is dirty at my work place. I'm also at a location without a fridge, very often.

So, sometimes I eat what would be lunch at breakfast, and what would be breakfast at lunch.:)

I do the same with my food. Breakfast is whatever I feel like having, we are programed to think we need something specific at specific times of thr day. I'll have breakfast for dinner, dinner for breakfast.

Thanks for sharing. And I agree, pollutants are our enemy but food is just as deadly, at least what we as American's consider food.

I don't like veggies reheated in the microwave, just doesn't taste right. I use one just not often.

Going to cook some lunch for the boys in the kitchen today.

*Croissants-they have to be big and so full of butter that they melt in your mouth
*Scrambled eggs with thickened cream, shallots and dill.
*Chicken and cashew sausages bought from the finest gourmet butcher in town because the chefs need to be spoilt and the apprentices need to know that sausages aren't just the cheap stuff they buy at the supermarket when they have friends over for beer and a BBQ.

Soba noodle ramen with baby bok choy, savoy cabbge, onion and shittake mushrooms topped with green onion and kimchi. Also had a spring salad with cauliflower drizzled with tahini dressing. All served with garlic naan.
