Okay, me being a woman this might be easy for me to answer "wink wink"
First off, it's best to always use a condom!
A woman is usually most fertile 2 weeks after the first day of her period.
Okay, let's say that she began her period on May 1st. And that she's like most women and has an average period cycle of 27-28 days.
She would Ovulate on our around the 14th of May.
So, having said that, you could actually have sex for the first few days after her cycle ends...and abstain on or about the 10th day of her cycle. (Count from her first day until the 10th) and then start again after she's ovulated. So after about the 17th or 18th day of her cycle she should be okay to have sex again! I hope this helps!~

Some women actually ovulate TWICE a month! It's not a normal thing, but it does happen!!

Before you try this, she needs to record her cycles...Discover which cycle she is on and then she can better know when she is going to ovulate!
