I had watermelon and the most glorious cake on the planet. First, there was a layer of chocolate cake, then a layer of cherries, then a layer of whipped cream, then cake, then cream again. Mmmmmmmm, baby!!!!

Fruit, Sausage, and Jello? Why does Igor's lunch sound kinkier than my sex life?

For lunch I made tuna salad on lettuce with hard boiled egg slices and cherry tomatoes from our plant. For supper I made ham steak with fresh stringbeans and a baked sweet potato covered with butter and brown sugar. It's peach season here so I made a peach cobbler for dessert.
I'm having to feed my wife since she had surgery Monday (related to that April wreck) and can't do much for herself. Having grown up on a farm, her appetite is quite healthy... as in well rounded. She eats no prefab food, so I've become a good cook of balanced meals over all these years.:)
