Were there things you had decided to change in 2017, or these last years? Did you do it?

I mean things in general, not necessarily sex related.

Did things happen that changed something radically for you?

    Well,
I had decided to refinance, an try to reduce the mortgage, an that was finalized near the end of 2016, making 2017 tiny bit more comfortable money wise. Got rid of FHA, an APR, an the stupid PMI!
Also, mid 2016, me an my buddy changed our direction or recording our music, to instead be ready to play as a 2-piece. Eventually we were ready (as we could be) to play at a benefit party for a fellow musician on July 1st. Somehow we pulled off 8 originals & 1 cover. My buddy on guitar, me on bass n vocals, a fat drum track in the background. :D
That is a bit of a radical change since I hadn't been on stage in quite a while, an now attempting to sing an play bass at the same time. Actually been playing drums for.... many many many moons. Most people were surprised I wasn't on a kit.

Was a bit of an adjustment, with a bit of an adrenaline rush.:)

Those are two things that I decided to do, an somehow it worked out to fruition.

    Congratulations!

And now, excuse me. I'm off to Google FHA, APR and PMI.

    Ty!!
Oh, yes... I could have added that.

FHA is the Federal Housing Administration, an dropped them to go with a better lender. They had just changed the rules so you can't request to drop the PMI, so it stays for the life of the loan
APR-The loan was an Annual Percentage Rate loan compared to a fixed rate loan. The loan can increase if the lenders sees fit to do so depending on the market.
PMI is an insurance they charge first time buyers, because the don't trust you can pay it. Adds like $200-300 to your bill every month. Think it stands for Private mortgage insurance.

I'm just extremely happy with how & where the music is going!:D

I'm sorry to hear that. That's one thing I've always had major trouble with. I've been to funerals even for people I didn't know and the sadness is overwhelming. I hope it improves for you...however that may be. :)

Thank you for the explanation! Wow, adding 200-300 monthly! That's a lot!

I wish you many more gigs!

I'm so sorry about your friend. :(

In these days and times, losing one's job is a nightmare. I hope she finds something quickly and better than what she's lost.

2017 is much like every year... another step on a lonely road with only the end to look forward to.... so it's been fine, I guess.

2017 has been chaotic and it doesn't seem that it's gonna change any time soon. I'd send it to go fuck itself in the ass with a spiky stick, but I know that all these changes are going to bring better things in the end. It's also helped me see that I can indeed handle a lot more than I thought I could. It's the whole going-through-it that sucks.
