I had to google KIELBASA.
It's delicious. You can have it for breakfast, lunch or dinner
Bacon and eggs, same as the day before and tomorrow. I'll make an omelette occasionally but I'm not too crazy about breakfast foods, at least the ones not riddled with sugar.
I'll give it a try.

Coffee.....coffee & coffee........
Portabella burger with lettuce and provalone cheese.
Overnight oats made with oatmeal, vanilla protein shake about 6 oz., chia seeds, cacao powder, reduced fat peanut butter, 1/3 banana, and some chopped walnuts.
I love orange juice but it gives me heartburn.
Coffee, whole wheat bread with chocolate hazelnut spread, smoothie with spinach, chard, asian greens, frozen yogurt, strawberries, blueberries and chocolate almond milk. Making some veggie bacon and veggie sausage now.
Coffee, and two Krystal sun risers. I'm going to pay for this dearly later.
Oatmeal with honey and cinnamon.
A cup of coffee
Tofu a la goldenrod.
Pumpkin spice oatmeal with blueberries and a portabella steak.
Toast with strawberry jam
Whole grain toast, tofu scramble with tomatoes, wild rice, veggie bacon, coffee and orange juice.
Salad and soup. And chocolate.
