Just coffee right now.... meeting some friends for brunch
Scrambled eggs, sausage, toast and OJ
Hit the ol Waffle House this morning for a double order of hashbrowns scattered, covered, and chunked with a glass of OJ
Strawberry banana smoothie with protein and greens
Leftover quorn roast and leftover homemade scalloped potatoes.
They have the best hash browns. I usually do mine with chili and cheese.
A trip to the dentist

I've discovered the joys of overnight oatmeal. I mixed some oats with cocoa powder, cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, ginger, sunflower seed butter, almond milk, brown sugar and agave nectar let it sit in the fridge overnight and then topped it with chocolate chips and dried cranberries and blueberries. Very filling and delicious.
