Of course dancing with clothes on can be good exercise with a partner. It seems to me that there should be some good naked exercises to do with my wife. My wife does exercise at her work, usually at lunch. I should be able to do some leg lifts in bed, either from a front or back position. On my sides, I could do leg sissors, lifting one leg to the side. I should be able to do some arm exercises, with dynamic tension against my wife's legs or buns. There was a porn video entitled Sexercise, but I never watched, only hear a little about it. I would like to have an Aerobic exercise for a half-hour or so, which is suposed to be good for weight loss. Should I incorporate some light weights? Should I put extra pillows on the mattress? Should I hang off the mattress for some exercises? Is ther a bycicle for riding halfway off the bed? Some other device that I can reach off the bed, so I can have my face in my wife's breasts while I am exercising? So far, I have been able to put off exercising, and I don't realy have excellent ideas for making exercise the most fun. Ideas or Experiences?
