  Why are you struggling? There's no problem to upload pictures and doesn't matter, if you're online on a mobile device or a computer..

    Was having the same drama mate, what seemed to work for me was if uploading via phone, screenshot the pic you want uploading than upload the screenshot. That worked, not sure why it wouldn't do the original one, but it seems a way round it.
