nice work, If you are short of time for a workout do 30 seconds flat out then 30 seconds slow peddling and keep repeating and you be buggered in no time. motivation is the hardest part of working out. keep up the good work
My bike has about 20 different programs. I'm still working on endurance. I want to give me knees a little prep before going all out.
Just keep building up. But somehow, I think you might have plenty of endurance already from what I've read here.
Hmmm... No pics in a blog!
3.4 miles, 15 minutes.
Did a climb program
6 mins level 2
6 mins level 3
3 mins level 4
Wasn't as hard as I thought.
Off to bed.
Good job. Just keep at it. Sounds like your own personal spin class. Anytime you want to try naked spinning, let me know. Ouch, that seat might hurt. Maybe we'll forgot the spinning part and try something else naked.
Keep up the good work ...... wow
30 minutes, 6.5 miles. 285 cal burned.
Did a program. Fasted 5 miles - 23:15 minutes.
Not bad. Keep pedaling. My offer for an alternate workout is still open. Bet we can burn more that 285 calories.
Just wondering do you do it topless ...... supposedly you burn more calories that way ! hehe
Now there's an idea for both HFH and Luscious_kitty. Can I watch!
I don't... After I finished I was sweaty, took my shirt off to cool down before my shower... Woke up at 6:30
The images just keep on coming.
Did the bike again - I didn't think I'd make it but I kept going...
7.1 miles, 30 minutes. That's .6mile more than last night.
So I weighed myself this morning. 151 pounds. Down 9 from a few weeks ago!
Keep at it H4H. Progress and weight lose. Good job.
I think it's bc diesel and I ate a lot
Good job...keep moving forward....
It's been too long....
Jumped on last night: 7.3 miles; 30 minutes, 434 calories burned. One sweaty shirt!
Felt good. I didn't think I'd hit 7 miles, let alone 7.3!
Excellent. Progress. I must say that I bet I can get you to lose more than 434 calories, and it won't be a bike you are riding.
