Yep, I made 'em. Mixed the dough, let it rise, rolled and cut the buns, let 'em rise again, coated them with eggwash, sprinkled them with pearl sugar (all of which took about an hour and a half)...and then, I baked them for five minutes.
Cinnamon Bun Day happens only once a year and although you can buy them pretty much anywhere, there will be no store-bought buns in this house on this day.

I posted this picture on another forum and someone commented that they looked undercooked. They did get a little washed out in that photo, because the of the late afternoon sun shining through the window, but I assure you they are DONE.
They don't look undercooked to me, Puss. In fact, I'm willing to sample several of them just to be certain.
