    Hey Jayce I am just working out with my bowflex at the moment. I usually do 6 set of 50 reps on my exercises. Benchpress, chest flies, standing bycep curls, Preacher curls, wrist curls, wrist extentions, standing trycep press downs, laying trycep extensions, shoulder presses, shoulder shrugs, wide arm pulldowns, seated Lat rows,

    No I do my legs a little different 10 set of 60 reps. except my calfs which I do 10 sets of 100 reps

    Leg extensions, leg curl, seat calf presses.

    I have steel weight also but only use the bowflex for now. Yea that is right I have a bowflex body.

    Got over 500 pounds of steal weight. Not using them yet

    Whats up with this? I have been on our newly acquired tread mill for about a month now also adding in my ab chair now pushing almost 100 reps. I do feel much better getting muscle tone that is starting to stick out on my legs, but I am wondering about this problem with my body. I am thin to begin with as I have been all my life standing just 1/4" under 6' around 170#. Now I am down to 160 losing weight and it is all in my legs! Dam it, it looks like I have pencil legs! and my pants are getting lose too, I probably have gone from a 33 to a 32. My upper body is looking better but what the hell do I do about the pencil legs!!! LOL

    If you wish to put more meat onyour self , when you work out more, eat more.
    if you work out more than you normaly do, but eat the same amount you wont gain weight , but loose it, and gain muscle..

    Eat more with training you will gain more muscle and more bulk.
    I prefer to be lean rather than bulk mass.

    But steve congrats on the work outs and i hope you get the body your after as the end result :)

    Yea me too. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Some days I add more weight and lower the reps for more muscle strength. Got to keep the intensity up to keep gaining with more weight and more exercises. Got to eat a lot of foods that has protein and carbohydrates.

    There was another post somewhere that mentioned Bodybuilders.com so I checked it out. I found this site very interesting and actually ordered some item's I felt I could use, mainly the animal pak being a multi formula and one mussel builder. Will see how it goes, wish me luck, ha.

    Good luck Jag. I take portien shakes that has all the amino acids and carbs you need to build strong muscles.

    You do not have to take a lot of stuff to get big. Protein shakes is all you really need. You can also add peanut butter to the shake to add more protein. I think it adds about 8 more grams for each two table spoons of peanut butter.

    Stack up on protein to add muscle and all the amino acids and carbohydrates also.
