Human Papilomavirus. Apparently resides more in the woman that in the man. You may have to get your GF to get checked. Search WebMD.com, search HPV. Ther are differnet strains of HPV, and the strain determines the effects and treatment.

Here is a link for articles searching HPV Men:

Some things can be treated more effectively earlier than later.

Some diseases shared by men and women, have more of an impact on a woman. You might want to get yourself checked out, to see what a doctor has to say.

Whatever the condition might be, it may not yet be tranferred to GF, so it might be more considerate to use and extra measure of protection until you get yourself checked out. You can just tell your girl friend you are using a condom because you had a dream she got pregnant. Find some excuse to wear a condom, if you don't want GF to be over-concerned until you get it checked out.

Some cities have walk-in free clinics.

If it is a simple fungus, something like Lotrimin might work.

There is a problem that many women have become HIV infected because of infected men, having unprotected sex with the woman. Herpes has also been spread by men who were not considerate to their partners. A waitress sued Robin Williams, who apparently has Herpes.

Can you take a bath ans soak it once a day? See how that helps?

    Curative Blessings

Yes, much like the proverbial 800 pound gorilla, you can't ignore it if it's there. Look at this way: You get it checked, with one of 2 results, #1 being that you have something not good, which hopefully some anti-biotics will knock out, or #2, you're fine and then you have peace of mind. Also, start wearing a rubber.

    Dear Eyes16,

Are you circumcized? The litterature seemed to say that circumcision reduces the likelihood of H PV.

Since ther are many strains of HPV, I would not rely on on photograph.

When was the last pap smear for GF?

    Curative Blessings

It could still be HPV. That does clear up and reoccur. I would get checked and be sure.

Since I've seen you back posting again, i thought I would bring this thread back up.
I really hope that you have gone to the doctor. there is no need to be embarrassed. They have seen everything! If the Dr. is a family friend, then go to a public clinic. BUT GO!!
Even though your symptoms have cleared, you could infect every person you have sex with - and that means oral too.
Good luck! - and i hope you get good news!
