I drive Buttercup (2013 Kia Soul, almond color) because my Celica, Sylvie, left me on the side of the interstate. I blew the engine. :(
Had I spent more time shopping I'm not sure what I would have ended up with but the color would be different for sure.

She gets great gas mileage (it's a manual), great safety ratings but a zero on the sexy appeal. Also since it's a manual it's a basic model and I'd be happier with an automatic and a more plush ride:) I'm thinking of trading her but I can't afford the cars I'd like to have :(

After years of being "practical" (after a few of being a hot rodder!), I went searching for a new, fun, playtoy. My son got me sniffing at them there turbo cars...

Ended up finding (finally!) the vehicle with the style, model, options I wanted to play with... Subaru AWD...Intercooler...Turbo...AND, plenty of room for the dogs in back and that roof rack on top is the stuff for ...well, stuff! 175 dyno'd stock HP, with about 150 more potentially. (my son went from 200 stock to 400 and his car is like DAMN!!!! Fast!) Mine is light enough and fun to scream through town and traffic and gets 22.5 mpg. I like it. (I still have my practical vehicles too. :) )

I drive my car for the performance, handling and looks. I drive a 2011 Ford Falcon FG XR6 turbo - a car that was only made and released in the Australian market. It is a manual which surprises many and I do know how to drive it properly. ;)

When I'm on the highways here, I find a lot of people pull over thinking I'm an unmarked police car...lol. Suits me just fine! :D

I'm driving my '12 VW Beetle because it's my newest. It's not the best on mileage; but it's an "almost sports car" in disguise as a "cute commuter." Plus, my "liberal propaganda" bumper stickers and joke "Jesus Fish" decals would look out of place on most vehicles. :p

I bought a little red sports car because it hugs the road well and it's a ton of fun to drive.

Is it a Little Red Corvette - do you feel like a Prince when driving it?
Or is it a Red Barchetta and you get a Rush from driving it?
    :p

I have an 82 ford f-150 4x4. I have had water in the cab up to my ass. I have had it trough ponds and slews. Friends of mine have 170 acers ther run cattle on. I am one that can get to the back and help them get the cattle out when it floods. Top end is around 55mph, but i have yet to hook on to something a.d not move it.

I'm tall so small vehicles don't work for me. I have owned a lot different vehicles but my pickup is my all time favorite. Roomy cab with a covered bed to haul my camping gear and pull my utility trailer. I haul gardening supplies and building materials regularly. It's got over 250,000 miles and I keep it well maintained. Plus jerks on the road don't try to intimidate me. I love my truck.
