Lasagna, garlic bread and a salad
I'm making zoodles with a garlic parmesan sauce topped with grilled chicken this evening
Had pasta with a creamy sauce, asparagus, spinach and fresh garden tomatoes.
Bitter melon stir fry.
Fish and spinach pie.
Tofurky polish and kraut.
Found the beyond burger at the store and was so excited! Texture is just like raw meat and the smell is like a burger cooking on the grill. It tastes amazing. The best burger I have ever had in my life and it's all from plants!
Fried egg, egg whites, and fresh spinach salad with no dressing...
Smoked ribs and a Caesar salad. Ribs should be done shortly.

Bell peppers saute' in olive oil, with sun dried tommatoes, galic.
As they cook allow to brown lightly, the deglaze with red wine, then add a "little" spagetti sauce(don't drowned it), cover with way too much fresh basil leaves, cover and simmer while, cooking fresh angel hair pasta.
Toss a olive loaf bagget into the oven @350
When you put the pasta in the collender to drain, drizzle with olive oil and toss.
In a big pasta bowl, lay down your pasta, laddel on your sauce. Grate just a little ramano cheese on top ....and then I heard the Angels sing

Pan grilled tilapia filets....had pizza last night, trying to even things outs.
Homemade pizza. Mine had mushrooms, Pepperoni, sausage, and chucking tomato sauce. Wife and kid just had pepperoni.
Have a brother coming in form out of town and everytime he visits, he's gotta hit this one local pizza place....so I know I'm headed there when he gets in...and already know we'll split a large pepperoni, mushroom and jalapeno pie.
He always buys so I'll take it
tonight I had rosemary bread with beans and chilli oil and some chocolate.
