Parisian sunset on the first day of my first trip there almost 10 years ago, with a little rainbow bonus!
Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany Breath taking views. The photos don't do it justice, but the rainy, foggy day gave it a haunted feel.
Jindabyne Lake in the Snowy Mountains (New South Wales, Australia). I come here sometimes for the trout fishing (brown and rainbow trout) and mushroom picking. I am not a good photographer but the place is an absolute Heaven as a retreat from the bustling city of Sydney in which I live. These are photos from my last trip down there from over a year ago, my daughter caught the bigger fish btw
Soooo true! I wish still had some pics from my trips to The Great Barrier Reef. I once stayed on the self contained (no shops, running water, toilets etc) Lady Musgrave Island for a few days (a while back) and the snorkelling and wildlife were just such an amazing thing to behold that I will never forget that experience. Been back to QLD a few times since but nothing compared to that... Other islands are nice too but they are mainly resort type islands. This is obviously not my photo, but this is Lady Musgrave Is.
oh yeah its breathtaking, I went snorkeling and glass bottom boating..submarining..the snorkeling was the best..except for the bloody reef sharks..although they bothered me less than this swarm of ..some kins of perch..had a beak nose..hurt like hell when I swam through their spawning ground by accident..I was bludgeoned by a dozen little beaks..had little bruises up my body heh..still..was worth it..amazing experience.
Flying over The Alps on a flight to Italy. I always have to get a window seat whenever I fly because it's my absolute favorite kind of view.
The most beautiful things I have ever seen.. well I can't post pics but my husbands chin quivering and holding back tears when our kids were born. Watching the sunrise and set on the beach, in the same spot. Time can slip away when your enjoying your self. When it starts to snow at night for some reason to me is beautiful. Love watching it against the glow of the lights.
I agree with you. I used to have a customer near Portland that I visited often. Been sailing outside Portland. Once drove from Flagstaff to Tuscon. The desert north of Phoenix was pretty bleak but the drive from there to Tucson was amazing, with the mountains just coming up out of the desert as you drove south. I've also been to Monument Valley & Four Corners. Incredible scenery. Once drove a couple to Ogonquit, Maine. Love the Maine coast.
