    Do you watch "War"
    Their isn't much on TV that is of interest to me,
    But this caught my eye, i did not know that 16 million
    Americans went to war during the 2nd WW.

    I wish every one would watch it. I have seen most of it before but not all at one time. That was one hell of a generation of people. Just out of the depression and then into WWII.

    I haven't seen it but my dad says it is awesome. He was in Europe in the Army during WW2, but the show taught him what it was like back state side while all the troops were scattered all over the world. That was one war that had a cut and clear purpose. I can't imagine what the world would have been like had the U.S. not come into the war.
