Whats your calorie intake? If you can take carbs down a smidge, and increase weights on the free weights and machines and start stepping up cardio a few more minutes. A plateau peak is normal, your weight will continue to drop, but just much slower. Just remember your cal intake has to be smaller than your burn. Im having the same problems, my age of 49 is a factor now days because your metabolism naturally drops as you age. So your alternative is more burn less intake.
