Whats your calorie intake? If you can take carbs down a smidge, and increase weights on the free weights and machines and start stepping up cardio a few more minutes. A plateau peak is normal, your weight will continue to drop, but just much slower. Just remember your cal intake has to be smaller than your burn.
Im having the same problems, my age of 49 is a factor now days because your metabolism naturally drops as you age. So your alternative is more burn less intake.

Most people don't pick up basic social cues:
Frequently, I don't give a damn about what people are saying - for whatever reason.
I put on a "1,000 mile stare" - not even in the direction of the speaker.
I don't even nod or "uh-huh" or anything - I'm too busy thinking about something else.
Person concludes story(?) and says, "Were you even listening?"
I focus at that point enough to say, "No."
    And they start over...
I work with autistics and other "socially retarded" individuals who can pick up social cues better than that.

Something that happened last Friday, but its still pisses me off when I think of it... I was on the "Highway thru Hell" (google it if you haven't heard of it). 3 lanes of traffic heading up the steep hill. There is a semi truck in the outside lane doing maybe 40 KM/h (flashers on), and there was another semi passing him in the middle lane going maybe 45 KM/h. The SUV ahead of me was going just below my speed of 120 KM/h (also in the middle lane) as we approached the trucks. I will usually drop down to about 100 KM/h when I pass in this situation but the woman in front changed into my lane (the fast lane) and then slammed on her brakes and slowed to the speed of the second truck. Then she just stayed there driving at the same speed and slightly back from the truck (but still in the fast lane). It wasn't until I laid on the horn before she found the courage to pass the truck and get out of our way (by this time there was 3 or 4 cars panic braking behind me.

Some people should not be allowed to drive!

    An oldie but goodie.

Realized today that I have a permanent reminder of being on seroquel. My left eye keeps twitching. Been doing it for weeks now.

Girl, don't you know all those side effects go away when you stop the drugs.o_O That was a bad one for me too but for different reasons. Latuda caused tardive dyskinesia and it came come back now without anything new bringing it on. They don't care about the side effects and especially don't care about the side effects the antidepressants mixed long term with the antipsychotics. It's extremely frustrating.

I already stopped it a few weeks ago. I feel better after stopping everything. Lost twelve pounds too. All the multivitamins now. The beautiful weather helps too.

Going to have a good day today despite not getting any sex and finding porn on his phone. This is after he tells me last night that it's not me it's him. Going to think positively.

I managed to stab through my hand last night trying to pit an old avocado. Went straight through the pit then through my hand. Also realized this morning that my cold sore managed to spread probably by me trying to treat it with witch hazel and peppermint. That on top of having the worse people to work with today my day is just going to be splendid.
