It's a 1996-1998 (I think those are the right years) Mitsubishi 3000GT, Given the attention that is being paid to it, it's most likely the VR-4 variant which was AWD and Twin Turboed. Here are some additional pics for you HH.

Thanks for the pictures and the information! GREAT looking car! I think that I like the red better than the, what is it, copper color in the picture with the girl! Of course, it would be very nice to have the girl IN the car, heh, heh!!

Speaking of girls and sports cars, did you see this post from "Hot Wheels" in the Insertions thread?! WHOA! I once had a college residence hall room mate who alleged that he and a girl had made love in an MG but I think that Hot Wheels' post beats that one out! Ha, ha!!

And, HerHubby, poor driver of Honda Civics who lusts after other cars inquired, "Wonder what kind of hot car the hot pirouette drives?!" :brow I'll bet you'd be a "nice ride" too! :brow

I don't drive it, I just ride it! But I just started building my own custom trike. I haven't finished patroling the junk yards for parts yet. And I can't decide between a Harley front end....or a Honda Gold Wing.

Oh, MERCY, you are one AWESOME lady!! That is one beautiful machine! Better keep that locked in the garage or A1 and Thorn will probably be up there trying to get it, ha, ha! Seriously, I am enjoying learning more about you! You have many talents (and a great bod too ;>)! WOW!!!

My Podiarist used to work in New York near Julliard. Says he used to work on the feet of a lot of dancers. He loves to ride a Harley, says his wife has one too! I think that if I was gonna get a cycle, I'd get a Harley just for change of pace from Honda, ha, ha! However, that is an awesome machine you have there!

Thanks HH. My husband really loves to work on it. He has made a lot of improvements that have increased the performance overall. My seat is very comfortable and I like to lean back on the trunk and look at the stars.

Maybe you could take it on stage and use it in one of your dance routines!

No way! It's too loud. You'd never hear the music! :lol
The most exotic thing on our stage would be live snakes and fire. Although we don't do much dancing with the fire (costuming must be bare minumum to light up, so we don't do it often), my partner's snake is really beautiful. And she always looks great with something slithering around her.

I feel ya on the Civic HH ... I can't wait to get a new car after college. I either want to find a used 1998-2000 Corvette
    [IMG]
    or a 2003-2005 Nissan 350Z
    [IMG]

Either one will promptly be followed by a Twin Turbo Upgrade... ;)

While were on the subject showing our rides, here is a couple of photos of Hot Wheels weekend car.

    http://s116.photobucket.com/albums/o31/BlueBAXR8/race car/

The first one was during early testing before we painted it.
Second was during qualifying some months later.
Third one is Mrs Hot Wheels doing her licensing....bugged me for ages to have a go at it:poke
Then only a couple of races later, goes out and resets the womens strip record for the class:uhh:

3000GT's can be pretty fast, but nobody I knew with them was ever really satisfied with them as far as reliability.

I'd rather have my Corvette. :brow Chevy quality, decent gas mileage for a hunk of horsepower, and quite a punch when the clutch is dumped at redline. :brow
