I am a middle aged man with some ED problems my question is do penis pumps really work? My insurance says they will pay for one should I get it?

From what I hear only temporarily. My friend used it for the hell of it, we'll his woman's request , it got it hard and actually a guess a tad bigger but it didn't stay that way

They can work but only temporarily. If used too long or improperly they can also cause damage to the vessels in your penis. Essentially making it look like you sucker punched yourself repeatedly.

Just be careful if you do end up getting one. Like Doitagain mentioned maybe a cock ring would help.

I have ED and use trimix and I have a friend who knew a man with a penis pump but the erection didn't last. Obviously ED medications aren't covered by the Government in the USA, but I would recommend buying generic Cialis from BM Pharmacy. I have used them and the product works, their service is excellent and delivery is prompt. One of my orders was lost in the mail and as soon as I emailed them they sent me another straight away. Look up BM Pharmacy on google and give them a go because it's a fraction the cost of genuine Cialis.

Try the ED meds. I have prescription Viagra. I've also ordered generic. It works!

Like everyone says it will work on a temporary basis. But like also said it can cause damage, some temporary and some long term. It can cause small tears in the tissue and end up leaving you looking limp and difficult to get an erection

Defiantly give the vasodilator like cialis and viagra a shot. Just be careful if you take any other prescription meds

I'm confused - I thought you were going around cumming like crazy with the assistance of lighting matches and such... Now you have ED issues. I mean, I know you can cum/orgasm without hitting a full erection, but still... Yeah... ???

XL, no disrespect but for the OP one is a kink the other a health issue so unrelated other than both involve in sex in some way.
I empathise about the ED and the other whatever rocks your boat.

Never used pumps but Cialis works great for me. You didn't mention if it is a permanent ED (all the time) or just sometimes. I should also suggest you should get your T levels checked

Thanks for your reply I'll have to try these ideas. Yes Matches are my fetish and my kink and yes most of the time they make me hard as a rock but some times I just want to be intimate with the wife without the matches if you know what I mean.

This sounds like a fetish and pills/pumps will not fix the E.D.This is about what's going on between your ears, what turns you on.

Pump and a ring gives me a nice woody, but it says not to keep ring on for extended time. Doesn't say what that means! Cialis, a horny wife and time to enjoy lots of foreplay works best for us!

Penis pumps do work but I think the pump should be an option of last resort. One of the many reasons people have ED problems is wear and tear on their vasculature that fills the penis and keeps it hard. You could be adding damage and potentially scar tissue if you use it wrong and over long periods of time.

Step 1 should be a check up with your doctor to make sure you don't have uncontrolled diabetes or the beginnings of heart disease/some correctable cardiovascular problem that is causing the ED. Your doctor can also look at any medication you are taking and know if it is contributing to your ED. For example, you may be able to switch high blood pressure medication if it is contributing to your ED.

Already mentioned but worth repeating; you could also look into Viagra/Cialis or similar medication with your doctor if all of the above checks out. Adding a cock ring is a great idea also even if you don't have ED just to spice things up once in a while.

Also, consider your lifestyle. Stress, being tired all the time, and other such factors are going to cause your performance to be less than it usually is. Those performance issues undermine your confidence which makes the ED worse.

Ed, you may not have faced this but sometimes what turns you on between your ears does not do the same effect between your legs and you need some aid

I still insist on getting your T levels checked (total and free testosterone)

Honestly it sounds like you have a true fetish and ed meds are not going to help you.
