What have you done to keep in shape today.
I went to ballet class and then taught belly dancing.
Went for a brisk half-hour walk up and down the many hills in the suburb where I live. We have planned some outdoor sex at the national park near home this afternoon.
Went up and down a flight of stairs a few times
Yeah, I really need to excercise more, especially as I am going to have to help carry a 350+lb engine block in the next month or so
Press ups sit ups/ lots of repitions, and a long walk ( Very hilly where i live) great for walkig at a steady pace along the flats and gaining speed for the hills

A brisk walk is one of the best thing you can do for yourself.
I use the name Hiker, My join date is 1904, Prior to that I had walked some on the Appalachian
trail, but not much, On the North Country Trail a lot, And I had hopes of doing the whole Appalachian trail until an accident at work and back surgery put and end to my dreams,
Now I should be called Biker not Hiker, I now go to the local College Gym (Goshen Indiana College) A small Mennonite College And am trying my best to git back to hiking,
Even though I know it will never happen, Tonight as most nights I rode my bike
cold does not bother me, But snow does. I will list what I do at the Gym later
so You Guys and Gals do the same.
I walked my 1 year old boxer 3 miles along a river trail and restrained her from chasing the ducks the whole way.
That's gotta be good for something.
I woke up .... lol. God damn it's been a long day.
My job is physical, so it was a wonderful 8 hours of speed walking and lifting.
So are you UPS or Fed-Ex
You do know they will merge and be called Fed-Up don't you.
Walking and lifting (if done properly) is good exercise.
But to much lifting can be harmful.
Neither actually, and that's great, Fed-Up Nobody would EVER guess my job, I guarantee it. All my lifting did was tone up my arms real well which is pretty cool.
I have hiked a lot of the Adirondacks and the Catskills. I love being there. I have hopes of doing all of the high peaks someday. And I'm sure they wouldn't be too challenging for most. Ah well...not sure if I'll go back soon. Been attacked by bears on 2 recent trips. And NO, I don't want to talk about either incident. :ugh
Pirouette please do tell us, Are you sure they wasn't just Guys
in Bear garb.
I had sex, does that count as exercise? :shrug
It does to me! :lol
Nope. 1st attack was on Mt. Marcy. bout 11 hours up the trail near the tree line.
The 2nd was terrifying. He was about 8oo pounds and the DEC rangers really tried taking him out to no avail. He didn't manage to catch me but I have a few good lasting scars from the escape.
A lot of pounding the pavement.
I walked from my school all the way through downtown, past the train station, and to an auto supply store where I bought an 'S' bumper sticker for a friend in The States who had requested one. Then I walked all the way back to the station. This was a round trip of several kilometers.
All the while the cold wind and rain blew in my face and stung my skin. It was quite exhilarating.
Erotic and sensual moves to Kate Bush....Song of Solomon....
It involves sexual fantasy...standing over a man, whilst i dance over him, hips moving, hair flying...
