I enjoy trying new beers, and talking about different beer styles, etc.

What have you tried recently? Any good recommendations? Let's hear them!

I'd like to keep this focused on craft/micro brews. Nobody really cares if you picked up a case of Keystone or Coors Lite, lol :)

Just yesterday I picked up one of my go-to choices, a sixer of Sierra Nevada Pale Ale

It's very good. The hops are very present, but it finishes with a very nice earthy flavor, with a hint of citrus, without that citrus being overpowering. Definitely one of my favorites.

Fellow hop-heads, what are you drinking? :D

I have never been a big fan of Sierra nevada.

I like many styles and beers one good happy beer that is still sort of main stream is Ranger from New Belgium. I do like IPAs but off the top of my head that's what i came up with. How about this...

I do like the Ranger IPA. I don't think I've had New Belgium's IPA.

Does New Belgium have another IPA then? I feel like I've seen it at the liquor store and never bought it.

I don't experiment much. Tryed a 6 pack of Red Dog once. I took 1 drink, Went outside, Poured out all six cans out, And throwed the cans in to the scrap pile. I usually prefer Budweiser products, Sometimes a Miller Lite or a Coors, Just for a change.

I just had this in Ft. Collins CO - I'm in the heart of craft beer country, or at least one of them. Sorry I can't quite remember what this was; the India Pale Ale before this one played with my memory.

Had a couple Badger Hill White IPA's last night, among other things.

It was very good. It still had the hoppy taste of an IPA, but it wasn't heavy at all like some IPAs can be. By the look of it, you'd think it was a Lager.

Going to pick up a Minnesota classic today: Surly.

I love the Surly Overrated. It's a double IPA. So it's got plenty of hops, but not too overpowering. And it tastes pretty good.
