    Dear Kid Cuisine:

Your main dish as luke warm, your brownies were burnt, your mashed potatoes were still frozen, and your apple sauce with apple pieces was as hot as scalding lave.

    Not cool bro.

I haven't eaten one of those in YEARS!

I always asked my mom to get them for me when I was younger though. All for the fucking water color paint to paint the box with.

They were "treats" for us as kids... Last time I had one it made me wonder how we survived childhood... Now I see all the "Lean Cuisine" and "Stoeffers" and I cringe...

It probably would've been cheaper to just buy the water color paint... :) :eyes

I ate it because it was what was presented to me.

RN, I still see Kid Cuisine- but the ones you mentioned are in higher quantities.

Mitt, I vaguely remember there being something extra in the packages. Your sole want for the water colors reminds me of what my sister and I use to do as kids. My mum bought these band aids which would glow in the dark. Not only that, but when opening them the edges would emit small sparks. We'd go to our neighbors aloe plant and cut our hands on it so we could get those band aids. Everything comes with a price.

There are so many options out now. I remember just getting turkey or ham + crackers and cheese. I hated it because I liked two pieces of meat and one piece of cheese. I always ran out of meat first leaving me with cheese and crackers. Cheese and crackers taste good, but it's not quite what I signed up for at all.
