My SO, whom I love very much, is in a wheelchair. We have sex but it's the same thing all the time. She lays on her stomach and I enter from the rear. She does get off that way, or so she says, but I need something different from time to time. Any ideas? She is not into anal, but oral just a little bit.

Well, she obviously have a problem going in too many intricate positions. I mean, perhaps she could lay on her back? That gives a bit of a different sensation, just for variation at least. Plus, you can love on her easier, and look into her eyes, which can give a whole different experience. So, I'd talk about perhaps laying a different way with her.

Wheelchair permanently?

Is the wheelchair just for now, or will she be in it for life?

With all due respect, it would be helpful to know what her physical limitations are so that we could offer a few more suggestions... but one way to always spice things up is to bring in toys... both for you to use on her and her to use on you

i am also on a wheelchair, and although i dont have a partner, this is one of my biggest fears, that i just wont be able to satisfy her needs enough. if she feels the same way as me then talk to her about it. i would definately want to know any way possible that i could satisfy my partner.

Ayefkay, where there's a will, there's a way. I'm sure there will be enough will from both your ends to make things happen. Don't worry.

It really doesn't take a hard cock to satisfy a Woman sexually.
All it takes is a lot of love and a workable finger or tongue.
Either can take away the built up sexual frustration.

There are alternatives!

I've heard there are guys who due to paralysis, or health issues can't get hard-on s. But they do enjoy sessions of "kiss and cuddle" plus get vicarious pleasure from fingering or oral sexing the girl.

The girl has to be understanding though, and have a lot of love!

I'm going to assume that the OP's partner is permanently disabled. Oneil, you might want to look into different types of sex furniture, sex slings, and/or Liberator wedges. You may find something that will enable the two of you to have sex in a variety of positions.

Here are a few books you might be interested in: The Ultimate Guide to Sex and Disability (Cory Silverberg, Miriam Kaufman, & Fran Odette ; Cleis Press), Enabling Romance (Kroll & Klein; No Limits Communications), Sexuality After Spinal Cord Injury (Ducharme & Gill; Paul H. Brookes Publishing). (From the resources section of talksexwithsue.com)

Good luck!
