Smells

    Yesterday I bought 10 bars of Ivory soap for $1. I have never used Ivory in all the years since I joined the navy at 17. this morning I used it and instantly thought "That smells like mom." She has been dead since 1962 but that smell was one I knew in an instant.

    Yeah... they DO say its the sense most stongly linked to memory...

    I can still remember what my first girlfriend smelled like... I mean not like right now and I could describe it, but either a perfume or just a body scent... when I get a hint of that its just BAM instant trip down memory lane...

    works well with foods too:) mmmmm

    My sense of smell is probably my strongest. My eyes don't see well and I don't hear well, but I taste and feel just fine. ^_^; But I love how smells are always....there.
