I wanted to write this and ask if anyone has had something similar or can give me an opinion. I changed my diet a month ago, quit smoking 2 months ago and started working out again. I'm 25 years old, and I feel great. But my libido has went through the ceiling. I've never been this horny in my life. I've been masturbating 7-10 times a day. Even at work, I get the urge to go stroke it out in the bathroom stall. So I guess I'm asking if this is normal? I really don't know who to ask.
    -thanks, kingdom424

That's normal! People who workout have higher sex drive.

Making your body healthier is going to make you more horny. Just think of all the crap you've been eating most likely filled with fat, sugar and other nasty stuff not to mention the smoking. Plus factor in your age, yes it's completely normal.

It's normal and it's why I prefer men who are in good shape.

In the exact same boat, King.

Eating healthier, getting all required vitamins & minerals, exercising daily, and (working on) quitting smoking. I'm 24 and as I drop weight, improve my health, and my general fitness level improves I definitely notice that my libido is increasing. Not quite to the point you're at - but I could see it hitting that point.

Nothing to worry about (unless it starts interfering with or negatively impacting your day-to-day living). You are confirmed as "normal." Hahaha! :D

Supplements can amp it up too... If you're taking anything with your workouts.

And from a mental standpoint, the more you do to improve your health and appearance, the sexier it makes you feel. The sexier you feel, the hornier you get. ;-)

I'll be your fitness buddy! We can work up a sweat before, during, and after going to the gym. ;)

As everybody else has said - healthy diet, healthy body, healthy mind, healthy libido.
I'm 20 years older than you and keep myself fit and have no libido problems - except at times for the obvious reasons.
As for the number of times a day - I think that is up to/down to your own personal 'production' & 'pressure levels', they can vary (vastly) from man to man (and woman to woman). There has even been a theory proposed that they can vary with the phases of the moon, some evolutionary thing.
As an aside, which somebody will pick-up on I hope, I have noticed that many women's' libidos' fluctuate according to their 'time of the month'.
