YAY FOR ME, I bought a new router with a stronger signal. Just a basic Netgear from my cable provider. May still have to get a repeater; just can't get reception throughout the house. Anyone have experience with wireless and repeaters?

I once created a wireless bridge to a neighbors wifi once when the roommate stopped paying for Internet. Went out and bought a Linksys WRT54G and installed DD-WRT on it. Was a bit of a process but it worked in the end.

yes, a reasonable amount of experience with repeaters.

you place them where you are getting about -60db by using xirrus or inSSIDer programs to view the network.
