i did a search and didnt come up with anything to my question.
alot of women get cramps with their periods. i get severe back pain. almost to the point of wanting to just sit and cry. ive tried the over the counter stuff, like pamprin and tylenol. the patches they sell that heat up dont get hot enough to do anything for me. going to the doctor is out of the question. i have no insurance, and its like 60 bucks to walk in the door. so does anyone have any ideas on how to relieve this pain?

Have you tried a regular heating pad, the kind that plugs in?
