i've always had real good sex till about 6 months ago i started having occasional problems getting hard / keeping hard
of the last 4 girls i had for example i had great sex with 2 and just couldn't get it going with the other 2 and its not like i liked the 2 i had good sex with any better because 1 of the ones i couldn't get going with i actually was interested in going out with and stuff

now i'm 25, in great shape, and have no health problems so i just can't figure out what made this start ... any idea what can cause this and how to deal with it (other then taking viagra or we hopefully i'm not at that point already)

I would go to the Doc, As you are way to young to have problems
keeping it up. Probably you you have a hormone in-balance
    for some reason.

ok so how do i make it go away i mean i would like to get back to having good sex and not being worried about it each time i'm ready to go at it ... the one thing i do take it aderol at parties sometimes it does have the effect of making you limp while ur on it (pretty much impossible to have sex for the 8 hours or so after u take it but afterwards its supposed to go back to normal so i wouldn't think thats it but...)

i stopped smoking pot a while ago i don't drink heavy or anything i'm starting to think its the nervousness of thinking about it right before thats causing it but i don't know how to make it stop

Hiker many guys between 19 and 25 suffer from this , its actualy far more commen than most people think.

Thats the thing , worring about it will only make matters worse....try just pleasuring your lady....try to completly forget about getting erect, an just use your hands fingers tongue, and you may find after a time , that getting her massively excited will in turn reignite your ability ....there is no gareented way of solving the problem, drugs can help ( but dont work for everyone ) changing your diet can also help, not using drugs, cuting down on alchole ...all these can have an effect on your erection, and smoking too.

ok well i do think the problem is most likely in my head as ever since the first time i had a problem i tend to think about it each time before getting into it and that really kills the mood as well as the hard on i've tried not to think about it but its still in the back of my head

i'm just not sure how to get back to really being into it without thinking about how well i'm gonna perform as i really do think thats the issue

Yeah that was pretty much my problem as well ( thinking to much of failing, got me to fail even more each time), but also i smoked an did way to many drugs...

Maybe you should see someone that can help with the mental problem of constantly thinking about failure with your erection..Not a doc cause they cant really help much with the mental problem ( not meaning crazy mental)
But he/she could probably put you in touch with someone who can help in that way.

    You should see a psychologist.
