    BE CAREFUL!!!
There are a lot of risks when using pumps or any other similar item that alters the natural blood flow to the penis. Don't overdo it; go slow and gradual. The last thing you want is ruptured vessels, permanent tissue damage, or some of the other really bad things that can occur if you don't be safe, do your research, and follow instructions for use.

They don't work to make you bigger so get that idea out of your head. They are used to help bring blood flow down and give erection. If you're having trouble getting an erection in your twenties, see a doctor.

There are many risks involved with penis pumps and you can cause severe and permanent damage to your penis if you use them wrong, too often, too long etc.

I completely agree! I've tried and while I was thicker for about an hour, swollen more like it, I wasn't longer or anything.

Just curious, how long did you try the pump for? period of time and regularity.
i'm sure others may wonder the same as I do.

I think they succeed in making a cock really deformed and unattractive . That's about it.

I direct your attention to this, gentlemen:
    http://www.mayoclinic.org/tests-procedures/penis-pump/basics/risks/prc-20013151

    The listed
Risks and Side effects are as follows...
    • Increased risk of bleeding if you take blood-thinning medications.
    • A penis pump might not be safe if you have sickle cell anemia or another blood disorder. (These conditions can make you susceptible to blood clots or bleeding.)
    • Pinpoint-sized red dots (petechiae). This is caused by bleeding under the surface of the skin of the penis.
    • Numbness, coldness or bluish-colored skin.
    • Pain or bruising.
    • Feeling of trapped semen. You may feel like your semen is trapped when you ejaculate, or ejaculation might be painful.
Penis pumps have some other possible drawbacks:
    • Unnatural-feeling erections. Penis pumps can cause an erection that doesn't feel natural or spontaneous. You might have a lack of firmness at the base of the penis, which can allow the penis to rotate or pivot more than it would with a natural erection.
    • Awkwardness. Use of a penis pump requires patience and understanding from both you and your partner. It might take some time to become comfortable with the device.
    • Manual coordination is required. Penis pumps require use of the hands and fingers to operate, which can be a problem for some men or their partners.
    • You may need to shave. You might have to shave your pubic hair at the base of your penis so that the pump can get a good seal.
So, basically, the only legitimate use is for helping with (not curing) Erectile Dysfunction. USE OF A PUMP WILL NOT RESULT IN PERMANENT SIZE INCREASE!
