    Howdy,this my first post!I just wanted to let people know about the success I've had with penis exercising routines i've gotten from the internet.First off I'm not sure if this is something that a man with a small penis would benefit from or not I think it depends on your genetics and your ability to grow from exercise.I was always that guy at the gym that saw significant muscle gains, and quickly.The first things you'll notice are how extra hard your cock will become,how much longer you can last,a new more muscular and appealing look,harder longer stronger orgasms,and extra length while limp.My wife noticed the difference right away so I know I wasnt imagining it.You will measure your cock when you start and then wait awhile before measuring again.I went from 6 7/8 long and 5 1/2 inches girth to 7 1/16 long and 5 3/4 girth in about 3 to 4 months.VERY IMPORTANT to follow directions to the letter or an injury can occur and trust me its easy to pull muscles down there and hard to recover from them.     maybe this should be moved to the alien thread?

    there must be something very strange/weird/scary going on when one is developing muscles on a body part where there definitely should not be any.

    What you are saying is a length increase of only 3/16 and a girth increase of only 1/.4. It could vary that much in every guy from day to day without the torture :lol

    It's just from the increase in circulation. The same reason exercise improves mental acuity and general health. You were already that size but your vascular system put it to full use when the exercise developed it. So it may have gotten a little bigger than usual, especially on workout days. When I've been working hard at physical work I usually have a better hang too. Never thought to check the erection. Been a long time since I got the old ruler out. I'd be scared too now, it's probably shrunk.:eyes

    Jelging will increase girth and length, there are other ways to increase length. Also PC muscle contraction increases erection hardness and improves orgasm, ejaculation control.
