Pelvic thrusts?

    My waist is a bit weak thus i can't do fast and intensive thrusting. Can pelvic thrusts help to overcome this?

    How many should i do? :ugh

    I would imagine it certainly could not hurt ..as with any physical exercise I would go until it hurts and then do a little more . assuming that you are in decent physical condition to do so .
    actually now that you mention it, I've played around with that before..
    I'd air hump in the shower kinda like a standing abdominal crunch workout .I would count out sets of 100 . you do have to hold on to your junk or otherwise everything slaps around .. yess I'm sure it looked ridiculous ..lol.

    Oh man, I'm sure it did. I wish I could have seen it. If YouTube allowed nudity: "YouTube Vid of the Decade!!!!"

    Joking aside, yeah, using muscles strengthens them, just be sure you're really relying on musculature and not skeletal joints for stopping/starting movements.

    Instead of doing pelvic thrusts, or in addition to performing pelvic thrusts, you should do sit ups, crunches, as well as oblique and lower abdominal training. You should also exercise your glutes and erecs and lats (seen here http://www.muscleblitz.com/images/176df300.jpg.

    I think the best way to strengthen them would be to have lots and lots of sex. Note, "best" in this case may be referring to something other than results.
