no sperm count

    hi there i dont know if i have put this in the right board but here goes

    does anyone know what they do in hospital after tests at come back saying you have got no sperm

    what do they give you tablets or anything like that

    They may tell you if you wear briefs, to switch to boxers. It cools down the "boys".

    They may check for a blockage in your tubage.

    They may suggest a change in diet.

    List go on and on...

    You'd better ask the Dr. It has to be pretty unusual for there to be none, unless you have had a vasectomy.

    Low or No Sperm Count

    They can also check you out - my stepson was found to have a varicose vein in his scrotum (a small lumpy feel) which was surgically removed and, I am not joking, he has fathered three children in the last three years since. We (and I include his wife) are all delighted - so go and have the test as it can't do you any harm. Colin

    It's absolutely possible for a man to have no sperm, ie to be infertile.

    Mel is right. There are incidences of some men having no sperm. If you haven't had a vasectomy, I would kindly recommend that you ask the physician to try to find out why you have no sperm if that is what was found. Like the folks said above, could be one of several different reasons. Unless you don't mind having children, I would also suggest practicing birth control methods until you find out for sure.
