    Tantra is a huge subject, is there something that you would like to know specifically? Hands-free orgasms, extended orgasms, restraining an orgasm, multiple orgasms? I'll give a little overview on each and then more detail on the subject that you request.

    Hands-free Orgasms
    Through great physical discipline and coordinations the PC muscles (which create and control orgasms) can be tricked into orgasming through special exercises. For men, this may or may not include ejaculation. For me it usually doesn't.

    Very deep meditation can put you in an in-between state of dreaming and reality. It's called the hypnogogic state and the deep stages of hypnogogic imagery you can use advanced visualization technique to create the feeling of stimulation on yourself. You can also create the orgasm this way (it's essentially a wet dream while you are in between being awake and dreaming.)

    Extending Orgasms
    This is usually practiced in very deep meditation or a lucid dreaming state. (Lucid dreaming is fully asleep, but fully aware that you are dreaming) The body does exactly what the mind tells it. You are conditioned to think that your orgasms is between 5 and 10 contractions, but that number is not set in stone. Your brain can be rewired to make it shorter or longer.

    In a lucid dream or deep meditation the mind has complete control because the body in your hypnogogic state is not your real body so you can make your orgasm last for an unlimited amount of time with good mental control (I had one last 2 or 3 minutes.)

    After this kind of practice the mind is preconditioned to create more contractions from your meditation, so it will. It won't be as long as ones that you control in your meditation, but it will be far longer than a normal one.

    Restraining Orgasms
    Many many times we've been told that when we get too close to orgasm, and don't want to, that we should think of something non-sexual. In tantra, it is better to think of nothing, rather than something non-sexual. Completely clearing your mind will allow you to forget the feeling that you are cumming. Remember, orgasms are created and controlled by the mind (there is an involuntary part to it, but that can be controlled to a point as well) so by clearing it we wipe away thoughts that we are orgasming, and therefore don't.

    Also, by slow breathing and meditation during intercourse you may be able to get to the hypnogogic state and allow yourself to mentally orgasm without physically doing it. (I've only heard rumors of that, I've never come close to doing that.)

    In meditation the breathing and heart rate are purposely slowed down, which also lengthen the amount of time that you can have sex without orgasming.

    Multiple Orgasms (for men)
    Multiple orgasms have to be prepared for before you orgasm. You have to get into a shallow hypnogogic trance before orgasming and then use visualization skills to create the most sexually stimulating environment possible. This will prevent the penis from going completely flaccid and allow the erection to return within seconds.

    Another technique is to have sex until orgasm and then stop completely. The orgasm starts just before the ejaculation process so it is possible to split them and have the orgasm without ejaculating. The penis only starts to go limp after an ejaculation (usually)


    Since you're a women, I'm not sure how much help I can be with the physical part, but the meditation parts I can help with very much :) Here's a guide that looks like it's written by a woman for some of the more physical stuff.

    Yes indeed!! That is most satisfying. :phat In my case I have stopped and had the orgasm with ejaculation, yet continued to do this 5 more times (ejaculation eventually petering out because there's nothing left) within 15 to 30 minutes. For me it's continual stimulation during an orgasm that triggers the refractory period: So no stroke = no refractory period.

    Wow! How did you learn all this stuff? I am really interested in the holding back and multiple parts. Could we get private lessons? LOL :cool For me, the meditation part would be a bonus. I have the perfect room for it and a very huge need for it. *hugs to the hugger*

    I don't know much about multiple orgasms for women. Most of the women I've been with have been multi-orgasmic naturally.

    As for holding back:

    During intercourse keep your breathing rate and your heart rate down. This prolongs the sex without you having to do anything. A slower rhythm also helps by stimulating you slightly less and making it easier to keep your heart rate down.

    For the mental part: This is tricky because most people can't simply blank their minds on command. It usually takes me about a minute to do it completely, and I've been practicing for a few years. Obviously, the best way to start is to learn to completely clear your mind during regular meditation.

    The feeling is strange and something that you have to get used to. Thinking about nothing is hard to do so this is what I do for practice. Lay perfectly still in a dark room with your eyes closed. Slow your breathing rate way down and don't move a muscle. You probably want to stretch first because if your muscles are tight, laying still for a long time can make them ache. For the first stage we are going to plant something in your mind that will let you forget about everything else. This will help you wean away thoughts slowly as well as keep you conscious.

    Breathe in very slowly, and very deeply. Fill your lungs completely, now hold it for a few seconds. Then breathe out very slowly. A full breath in, pause, and out, should last somewhere between 20 and 30 seconds. That's 99.

    Now do it again, that's 98. Keep counting down. The whole practice will take about 40 minutes. You will find yourself finding it hard to keep track of what number you are on, this is good, it means that you are loosing focus on all things and clearing your mind completely. You may also start to see swirling lights or images, or maybe even hearing things. These are hypnogogic hallucinations, and are perfectly normal. You may also feel as if you are falling or being rocked, this is also normal. It is your brain letting go of the outside world and preparing to create and internal one (essentially what's happening is the part of the brain that creates your dreams is turning on because it thinks that you are going to sleep.)

    When you finally get to one stop counting and just let your mind stay still, no thoughts, no nothing. Stay there for a minute or two so that you get used to the feeling of a clear mind. When you get up, make sure that you are in the real world. Lots of times when you do this kind of meditation you fall asleep and only dream that you get up (called a wake initiated lucid dream.)

    After you've done that for a few times and are used to a clear mind, try to do with with sexual stimulation. You can either use a vibrator that you like or have Bassdude go down on you ;) but try the same meditation technique. Count down ignoring everything else, including the sexual stimulation. For the first few times you should stay perfectly still so use something that you can either place on yourself or won't slip out if it's inside of you.

    Now you can start using your hands to manipulate the toy. Once you've successfully cleared your mind while staying still, now you can clear your mind of everything except for moving your muscles (hands in this case, pelvis during real sex.) Play with yourself while doing the meditation. Block out everything except for what your hands are doing. Block out the sensations that your hands and toys are giving you, and only focus on controlling them.

    Through practice, the amount of time that it takes to clear your mind will go down a lot. Eventually, you will get to the place where you can clear your mind in seconds, this is when you can control when you orgasm. When you get too close, simply clear your mind. This works better than simply stopping because when you stop, your partner stops getting stimulated as well. :(
