Only rule is you have to include <3 <your team> at the end so we all know who you're rooting for. This thread is for bullshitting, speculating, and trash talking.

Sorry to Raiders fans, but let's face it, you're used to it. Manning is looking unstoppable right now, I think Denver will have a good season. My Giants are looking like a bunch of monkeys throwing poop at each other.

The commercials this season are great too. The Guinness commercial with the guys playing wheelchair basketball made my friend and I saw "aw" at the same time.

    <3 Giants

Well I wasn't going to get into it because as a jets fan I haven't had a lot to be proud of lately, but you inspired me haha. You didn't just post in a football thread as a giants fan, you started one. I'm not piling on you or them, just saying I'm proud of you for putting that out there knowing some of us might

I'm not convinced geno smith is the guy yet, but yesterday was a start. But 168 penalty yards? Really? That's how you get people to stop calling your team a circus and a joke.

Speaking of changing peoples' impressions of you, nice job browns, trading a number 3 overall pick two games into his second season. Yes, I understand, they're sacrificing the now to build for the future. But did they think they needed the colts' first round pick to have a shot at a qb in the draft? I think they can get a high enough pick on their own hahaha

Or maybe since they had opportunities to draft roethlisberger, brady, AND rodgers but didn't, they're just gonna stockpile first round picks and draft every qb

    J.E.T.S. Jets Jets Jets!!!

I've bled Green and White since the late 70's. I'm here to tell you it's hard to be a Jet sometimes but hey, at least I'm not a Patriot fan. :D:D

Great idea for a thread Ninja

Broncos fan since elway came on board from Stanford....had our ups and downs, some Super Bowl humiliations, and then back to back wins....followed by elways retirement and many lean years. Then big john did it again by signing Peyton , and we're back in the hunt....
Oh yeah, and it's always nice to beat the raiders.......

You know... Roth's D line is rather shitting out there. However......... I think I'll call it a good season if they can beat the Ravens.

    Cowboys/Eagles/Steelers

Ravens fan here. Super Bowl Champions! but that was last year, and with all the changes we made it is going to be a tough run this year. I love being a Ravens fan, but I think I've already lost 8 years off my life from the stress. Some days they are great, and some they can't get their head out of their ass. On the plus side we are still ranked better than Cleveland in our division, which is better than some teams. ( sorry had to get a jab in on the Steelers)

Bengals are playing the browns today suzy. So hopefully it will be the falcons beating the pats haha. Which actually is probably bad for tampa, but as a jet fan I'm hoping for it!

By the way did anybody see that reggie bush td run? Looked like the old USC days fot a second...

Great idea for a thread! But...I can't keep your rule. So will you settle for the two teams that are tied for my second favorite?

    If so then....

    GO Packers

    GO Eagles

If only I could say some things about some of your comments...but then you would figure out who I root for in a mad, passionate, unending, patient and long-suffering manner. I need Essene to tell me if long-suffering needs a hyphen.

We will not be discussing this weekend Giants game.

New Orleans looked on fire though.

Ditto for me, not talking Bucs, but
what a great day at the game,
So, is Tampa, Jacksonville ,Steelers or
    the Giants the worse team?

And yup, if payton stays healthy, just beat the
    Pats guys, lol.

Jacksonville is clearly the worst since they also have history on their side haha.

I still feel like the giants are the least bad of those four. Only because I still think man for man they have better players.

The steelers really haven't been that good for a while. They haven't been able to protect ben for a while, they haven't a good run game for like 4 years even though they have a reputation for being a running team. And now their receivers arent good. And their defense is officially old.

Tampa, I don't know. Really they wouldn't be too bad with a qb. Martin is good, they have two good receivers. They aren't terrible. They need a qb and a coach, sorry schiano, and I liked him at rutgers

My son gets mad at me when I ask this question. What has Tomlin for the Steelers other than what was handed to him when he took the job?
