Do you have any?
Or are you going to make any?
I am going to quit smoking
thats a GREAT resolution dear! get support and good luck!!!
*10 yr smoker, clean for 26.
That's great!! Congrats!!
Smoked for about 20 years, haven't had one in about 5ish I guess. It's not easy but so worth it!
I stopped making NYR many years ago and have tried to adapt a lifestyle doing or not doing the things I'd want to make a change about. Not saying I aim to be perfect, far from it, for me it was just another failure.
That's great that you stopped smoking Cle........I don't think it will be hard for me. I don't smoke much as it is now. I can take them or leave them.I usually don't make NyR's either cuz I always fail.
Other than not smoking my NYR is to not make anymore. lol
I don't make them cause I can't keep them.
This year I am moving towards a vegan diet. Not a resolution as such.
no more here either
I believe in taking any chance during the year that presents itself to make a new start. I use The New Year to be general rather than specific. I have found that specific goals set me up for frustration from failure. For instance, if I declare that I will go to the gym regularly I give up on change after the first week that I miss.
So for me, 2016 will be a year of:
Keep in touch more with the people I love.
Work out at least 3x a week.
Get out of some ruts and start living life a little bit more like I want to.
Mine is kind of a combination of the last two posts. At the top of my list would be to improve my physical health by eating better and exercising. I've already started this by cutting out probably 80% of the soda I drink from my diet, and replacing it with straight water. There's been too many times this year where I got into an emotional rut, just felt like sleeping, and not having the desire to do anything to fix it. For now, I'd like to see where exercising takes me in that regard and go from there. I'd imagine better physical health will give me more energy, which I could definitely use.
Not so much a resolution, as a starting point to start watching my diet a little more closely. Going paleo.
Yep, doing paleo as well. I like the the idea of if my grandmother wouldn't eat it, I'm not. We need real food, less processed crap.
I wish you lots of luck!
I'm going to get laid in 2016! Hopefully?!
New Year's Resolution:
I resolve to break my New Year's Resolution by making a resolution to not make a resolution.
Done! I win!
My New Year's Resolution.
To lose 10lbs in weight. And to go out more. And stop spending too much money
Just one more.
Win big on a lotto
Lose body fat, gain muscle and have more sex.
Keep going to the gym, take my vitamins and meds, eat better and have a clearer head.
How about these?
