I know I sound like a dork, but I can't figure out how to be on top and it not hurt. My knees start digging into the matress and I can't focus on what I'm doing (or trying to do)! I can't make myself stay in that position for more than about 30 seconds, and it's frustrating!! I'm sure I'm just positioning myself wrong, but seriously can someone help me figure out how to be on top? Thanks all!!
