Whilst reading an article on PMS, I came across IMS, which was described as the male equivalent of PMS.
The article stated that while women have 28 day cycles, men have 24 hour cycles that govern their hormonal experiences and are therefore more vulnerable to mood swings.
Do you agree? Do you feel that you have a time during the day when you're more vulnerable to mood changes? When is that time for you?

I think most men experience this when their wives are talking.

I suppose that in a way SRH can be similar to male PMS.

My mood swings happen most often between 06.15 and 06.10, the mood in the 5 minutes while I'm waking up isn't too bad, and I do every morning see that 'something' is 'still alive' to cheer me up
It isn't my head that aches.

Madame you are asking a very personal question of one who is very easily embarrassed.
But hiding my blushes I will confirm that your surmise is correct, and will add that it lifts the cover to do it :D

Thank you for that confirmation, Sir Tiger.
It's a very polite attitude to stand up and lift a hat to a lady. :)

I think it's an excuse that men come up
With when they are feeling grumpy!
Also they want to have a period too, so they can get extra sympathy lol!!

I've never really paid attention to this supposed phenomenon. I am more or less in agreement, though, with the ladies above who are claiming it's "period envy."

Besides, hormones or not - being pissy with people who are innocent of having wronged you? Yeah, that just means you're an arsehole.*

@10_3XL greatly appreciated ....... not the UK spelling but the English spelling, which denote the fundamental aperture of any animal, unlike the American spelling which denote the waste aperture of only one - the Ass.
Whilst I do appreciate that some males may like to think that they have the appendage of an Ass I cannot understand why all Americans want the arsehole of an Ass, unless it is to accommodate the size of said appendage :)

Is this then your time of the day for IMS?;)

NB - adding post-haste that I'm totally in favour of the English spelling vs the American spelling. Hope you're pleased with that one @JonJo
