I am a healthy 23 year old guy. Me and my girlfriend had sex twice within a few hours but not continuous (after a few hours) and then later when we had sex for the third time I tend to lose my erection after 10 mins of having sex. I workout daily and I don't have any physical problem. I don't have any problem masturbating. I am worried that my condition is due to performance anxiety. Is it normal to lose erection like that?

You are fine, after the third time in one day you just need a little recovery period to recharge.
Many men can only do it once a day ;)

I agree with ibush but I should also ask if you happen to be drinking when this happens. Alcohol can kill you ability to get and hold onto a hard on sometimes.

Since the average intercourse session is about 7 min, you're fine. I'm one of those freaks that tend to go on for a while. 15 min is a quickie for me, but I'm old so who knows what todays kids are doing. Having read studies, you're pretty normal.

You mention working out,... I have found that some supplements can effect things in unexpected ways. Especially pre workout drinks. I have no idea why, and I did no research to try and figure it out. I simply stopped taking it if I thought there was a chance of sexual activity afterwards...

I heard that if you are a junkie it will affect your erection....
    Anyone have experience of this?

Sorry, I've never done any kind of drug, are rarely drink anymore. We also use on supplements before or after exercising....it's called eating right in the first place, no supplements necessary.
