Please, spare me the "tattoos are tacky" or "I can't believe anyone would get them" talk. I wanted it, I got it, that's that. I just thought I would share that I finally bit the bullet and did it. I've done some crazy things. I've had a ton of piercings, both "permanent" and play, I've gotten micro-branding and cold branding and other various body modifications. I've wanted to take that step into getting inked since I was 16 but have waited for years. I've felt like such a pussy because I can do all these other crazy things but not a tattoo. Well, the local shop was doing some deals for Friday the 13th and I did it! My husband and I did it to be exact. No, no matching tattoo's, that spells doom for a marriage in our opinion, but we finally took that step together. He, being the dork that he is got NERD in binary on his shoulder and I got the phrase "Happiness is homemade" with a little rolling pin on my wrist. If you don't know, I'm in school to become a pastry chef. If you're interested in seeing a photo, here ya go! http://i.imgur.com/iyt16Uj.jpg Feel free to share photos of yours too!
