Ok, this is rather random and I am going to phone the GP first thing monday to get an appointment anyways but, recently I got with a girl I really like (im 18) Ive had relationships before and Sex and its all been great. However me and this new girl were fooling about in mine and I had an erection and all that then we went to have sex and it disappeared (which is strange because i actually feel comfortable with her) she was really cool about it so I just thought to myself its a one time thing, anyways same thing happened in the morning when we tryed it again, now even without her here I cant seem to get a rock hard erection (which i normally have), I am just worried basically is this all psychological? Or could something medical have came on this quick (it feels like theres not enough blood there, its like a weak erection but its still there and I can still cum).

Any help/advice etc would be great, before I dig myself into a self-fulfilling prophecy of impotence at 18 lol.

Id like to add, I smoke (for around 2 years now although since this has happened i havent had one, and smoke marijuana occasionally which i guess im gonna have to stop too untill this clears up) Im average if not slightly under average weight.

    Regards B.

Cigarettes and pot could contribute to your problem, but by themselves, that's not it. Were you tired? Exhaustion is a killer. Alcohol? Too much is also a killer, but since you had the problem at night AND in the morning, that's probably not it either. It's most likely psychological. It happens to everyone once in awhile, and if it happened at night you might have been worried it would happen again in the morning. If you're worried it will happen, it probably will.

But it could be something more serious, especially if it continues. I would normally suggest that if the problem persists, see your doctor. You're not waiting, and that's probably wise.

If its only happened a couple of times I wouldnt worry about it, try watching your favorite porn, and if its still happening ( or not happening ), Then take a good look at the possible external factors that could be contributing to it. If all else failsl then seek the advice of a GP.

But keep your chin up, Im sure at your age it wont be long term.

Tiredness is probably not helping me at all, Ive been missing sleep quite a lot, if its not psychological - say its a problem with the veins from smoking or something With me quitting smoking and increasing my exercise (not to mention a possibly herbal supplement like Veromax) how long would I be waiting till this clears up Its seriously depressing considering how sexually active I was before this, feels like someones cut me from the root really.

Im gonna make a doctors appointment tommorow morning Im not arsed about being embarassed the erection means more too me, however this is going to take some time before I see the doctor, and the girls coming round tonite as well

    Regards Ben
