Hardcore Fitness anyone?

    Hey!

    I don't post here much because I have been training for the Tough Mudder and Run For Your Lives races. Just wondering if there is anyone in here who loves to workout as much as I do.

    I work out 4-5 days a week between 2-3 hours a day (depending on my day). Not all of that is spent in the gym I also run,swim and play sports outside.


    I am also thinking of doing a body building competition but my tummy is not that tone yet. So that will have to wait awhile.

    I love working out! Especially crossfit ad running! My top favorites! I work out 5-6 days a week. Have you tried crossfit?

    4-6 days per week. weight training/cardio (boxing/treadmill).

    My wife works out 7 days a week, hour and 15 +, walks 24000 steps a day with work, rock hard body, 11% bodyfat, cut abs. She doesn't do it to compete, she just enjoys it and does it for health.

    Yes. I have done crossfit before I like it but I like to do other exercises.

    5 times a week, 75 minutes a session. if i miss a day i feel very awkward. almost like i'm more tired from missing a day than actually going to the gym.

    I rebuilt a Pontiac engine in a cold shop last week. That was a workout.
