Hey! I don't post here much because I have been training for the Tough Mudder and Run For Your Lives races. Just wondering if there is anyone in here who loves to workout as much as I do. I work out 4-5 days a week between 2-3 hours a day (depending on my day). Not all of that is spent in the gym I also run,swim and play sports outside. I am also thinking of doing a body building competition but my tummy is not that tone yet. So that will have to wait awhile.
