Yeah, I don't have that one though. I've been listening to Alice every evening on our local rock station. He's pretty cool, and plays songs that the radio stations always ignored. He even plays his own stuff.

I thought this was a thread to gossip about our beloved member, "HardRocker"! :lol

I remember when Alice Cooper first came out - around the early 1970s ... It seemed to be a definite turning point in rock & roll and the power of music in general. I, for one, did not like what I saw. And this, coming from someone who basically stayed so stoned that I had no care in the world

I was in front of the stage of their concert, feeling rather 'fine', and they started throwing dollar bills. You should have seen the crowd pressing to grab those bills. I literally thought I was going to be crushed to death.
    I MEAN, COME ON PEOPLE!
    THEY'RE JUST ONE DOLLAR BILLS!

Geez! - but anyway, it left a bad taste in my mouth for Alice Cooper - even though it wasn't their fault that people acted so digusting.

I suppose it was just my first step toward becoming part of the 'older generation'! We don't tend to take to change very well. :rofl

I DO love his syndicated radio show. Like "HardRocker" said, he plays the music from artists that you don't hear on regular radio stations.... the 'B'-sides, and some obscure, but fantastic artists as well. And he is incredibly intelligent, as well! :tup

Go ahead, I'd love to read what you people think of this demented member.:coocoo

When Alice Cooper first came about, I thought of it as a teenybopper craze. Maybe just because my little sister loved him like Scorp did. But it didn't take long before I liked his music. I think all of the records I have were originally my sister's.

Under My Wheels... that starts with, "Telephone is ringing...," right?
Aww you got me on the spot now, I never could remember the names of my favorite songs from any band. Let me get back to you, so I give the right answer. Maybe it'll be Eighteen, School's Out Forever, I like No More Mister Nice Guy except for the Clee Hee Hee Hee part; that just ruins that song. Not Dead Babies.

Never been to a concert, I don't even remember one around here.
