Got a issue on Keeping it up. Need help.

    Ok I have gained some serious weight and im currently having problems with keeping it up. Me and my current Girlfriend im attracted to her and i have no problem getting erect but it seems like when we get going and I get moving, I get hot and it just seems like my body takes the blood from there and put it somewhere else. If im laying still im straight but if i get moving it goes away. So its getting hard because my girlfriend is tired of being on top and she wants me to be the one putting in the work... I currently cant afford Viagra and all these expensive drugs but im looking into Alternative things, Im thinking of Horney Goat weed, & also YOhimbe. Do anyone know of these or anything that i can use to help.

    Well, I think you better do some serious work to lose weight. It will benefit your health and most important your sexlive.

    No medication can help you with your problem permantly. If you realy love your wife and want to get a good old erection...then don't get more excuses. Work on it...

    You need to lose weight, plain and simple. It seems that you just get hot when you're moving and you think of that instead of having sex. If you lose the weight you probably won't have a problem keeping it up anymore since you said that this only started since you've gained weight.

    Ok well im currently trying to start loosing weight it was my first though but i feel like im 130 pounds over weight. But i planned a strict diet and calorie counting and it will take me atleast 6 months to get down to a ideal weight to where i think i might start seeing improvement but for right now. Im looking for something to help me because dang 6 months without sex or disappointing sex i know she aint going for that.

    130 pounds? Well, that is a lot. But keep in mind it is overweight.

    Maybe you can take it as a goal for yourself: lose the weight, then I can have sex. Tell her about your goal and ask her to give you some very special sex if you reach your goal. And as you say disappointing sex doesn't help.

    Btw: 130 pounds less you can achieve in 2 months...

    Losing 130 pounds in two months is EXTREMELY dangerous and highly unlikely.

    Losing 130 pounds in 8 weeks you're going to cause damage to your body. That's losing over 2 pounds a day. You'll be over working your body, likely starving yourself, causing extreme changes in a body that obviously hasn't seen it for some time.

    If you don't do it properly you risk damage to your heart, skin flaps and gaining the wait back quickly and easily.

    Getting to an ideal weight takes TIME and PATIENCE. It's doesn't come in the form of instant gratification, a pill, a drink or anything else.

    actually 5 pounds A WEEK. IT CAN BE DONE WITH CAREFUL CALORIE COUNTING NOT CONSUMING NO MORE THAN 2300 CALORIES A DAY AND EXERCISING EVERY DAY FOR HOUR OF CARDIO AND 40 MIN OF WEIGHT TRAINING. WHEN I WORKED AT LOWES HOMEIMPROVEMENT I LOST 40 POUNDS IN 2 1/2 MONTHS. JUST WENT ON VACATION AND GOT OUT MY DIET AND WELL NEVER GOT BACK IN.

    5 pounds a week is much more attainable then nearly 20 pounds a week.

    Drink more water, cut out carbonated drinks, lower your carbs (rice, potatoes, bread etc) and you will feel great within a few days.

    Eat smaller portions at meal times. Take the amount you usually have and halve it. So you have a Big Mac? have a cheeseburger instead.

    Limit food that has sugar in it :)

    I lost about 60 a few years ago. Once it starts dropping you'll feel great and your sex life will be better. They say every 35lbs lost your penis gets a inch bigger. So dr oz says

    LOl u know i heard that and also oprah said the same thing i swear i seen on her show they was talking about sex life in the home. And well if oprah says it got to be true. But i swear my thing use to touch my belly button and was atleast 8 inchs but i swear im down to 6 now. God knows i hope so because im missing my 2 inchs.

    I agree that your problem is that you are out of shape. You need to make lifestyle changes including cardiovascular exercise and most likely to get in a group like weight watchers where you can learn to think differently about eating. Before you start this you should get a check up and have the doctor look at your heart function. If there is an underlying problem (other than your conditioning), fixing that may be a big part of you getting better.

    Those herbal products you mentioned are expensive and probably will not do anything for you. Prescription meds will help but they will not fix your weight problem and as you said they are very expensive. You also may want to try a cock ring if you haven't already. Those can be helpful and fun.

    U know what I would like to think there is no underlying problem i remember when i was fit but just had a problem with eating alot of sweets i mean ill sit down and eat a whole dozen doughnuts by myself and just be eating ice cream hour later. I was addicted to little debbie snake cakes when they was 25 cents ill by like 5 dollars of they brownies and get it in. Im out of that stage now no sugar cravings like that anymore and i feel like im on the right track currently weight is 396 pounds but i dont look it have a big build being im 6'4 but seriously im loosing it and i dont want to loose another girlfriend to sex issues.

    It is a good idea to follow Mittimers advice.

    Even though I know a friend who has lost over 130 pounds in 2 months, I think she is right. Patience is very important and I can not compare you with my friend.

    wELL HONESTLY I DONT THINK ITS POSSIBLE TO LOOSE 130 POUNDS IN TWO MONTHS WHICH I DONT KNOW HOW THAT GOT STARTED ON THIS POST I SAID 8 MONTHS. BUT WOW 130 POUNDS IN 2 MONTHS EVEN WITH CALORIE COUNTING TO LOOSE 130 POUNDS IN 2 MONTHS U WILL HAVE TO BE ON A LIQUID ONLY FOOD DIET WITH ATLEAST 600 CALORIES INTAKE AND DAY AND EXCERCISE TO BURN 5000 CALORIES BEING THE NATURAL BODY BURNS ANYWHERE FROM 2100-3500 DEPENDING HOW BIG U R. THATS AT 16 POUNDS A WEEK THAT WOULD MEAN U WILL HAVE TO HAVE A 56,000 CALORIE DEFICIT. SO ITS HARD TO BELIEVE AND ITS HARD TO BELIEVE THAT BECAUSE ITS POSSIBLE BUT THE EXCERCISE U WILL NEED TO PUT IN ONLY SOMEONE HEALTHY CAN SWIM,RUN,LIFT OR JUST CARDIO LIKE THAT NOT SOMEONE WHO NEEDS TO LOOSE 130 POUNDS. BUT EVEN IF U GET A TUMMY TUCK U WILL WILL LOOSE ABOUT 40 POUNDS A MONTH.
