So ... I go to open up Photoshop CS ... and what do I find ...

The FUCKING program decided on a whim to reset it'self to all of the factory settings! WHAT THE FUCK?!? My 600-something brushes and all my fonts and textures are toast! Fuck you Adobe! :yell

    *sigh*

Well now I have an excuse to upgrade to CS2 (aka Photoshop 9.0) Now I just have to go find all my brushes again... *cries*

Just use Microsoft Paint. It's your answer to everything.

    *Pleads the Fifth.*

I guess I would think of it differently if I was doing any of this for profit, but I'm not.

As a student PS is ~half price. Buy it at the campus bookstore.

But aren't your brushes and fonts in separate folders? Resetting to factory settings shouldn't loose them.

Sure, it took work to create Gimp, but that's the wonders of open source software. In the end, this is what I did to obtain Gimp:

    -Installed Linux.

Gimp came with Ubuntu. Now that's sexy. :brow
