So she only experiences pain without a condom? I can't for the life of me figure out why that would happen. It sounds to me like something she should discuss with her doctor or ob/gyn.

    I got a few therorys.
    a) she might have an allergic reaction to your precum/semen
    b) when you used a condom, did you use lube also? if your not using lube during sex when you go bareback and shes not wet enough it might cause some irritation inside.
Thats all i can think about.

Maybe it's too sesitve for her.I knew someone who went to the doctors and found out she was overly sensitive and it lessened with a condom. She said she had sharp pains too.I know,it sounds odd,but true.

I had terrible pain during intercourse for a time. A LONG TIME. I finally went to a good ob/gyn, who found and removed a mass on my cervix, and all pain has disappeared. PAIN is a sign, sir..... a sign that something is not right and she needs to see a doctor as soon as possible. Might it be an embarrassing conversation? Yes, it might. However, it will be so sincerely worthwhile. Love her enough to MAKE her see a doctor.

Right. It could be something simple like sensitivity but it could be something more serious like a cyst or something. Please make sure she sees a dotor.Better safe than sorry.

Sex is such a tender matter. It's a shame that we are so humiliated to discuss it. I do wish I could talk with her. There could be any number of reasons, and really we cannot know. She really has to discuss it with someone. Please, as a man who is committed to loving the woman he is with, do not treat her as a maniac. You cannot know.... and you must trust in her until/unless given a reason to doubt. THIS is not a reason to doubt. She very well could feel pain. Sir, I've been married twelve years, and sometimes feel pain. We must speak with her though, or she must speak with someone...or it will not get better.

Yep, I would get her to a physician. Might have a medical problem, allergy or lubrication problem.

im not sure..... i mean obviusly when you dont use a condom, its actually skin on skin contact....... so i would assume their is more friction....... i think it has something to do with her sensitivity level for some reason...... she is going to see a doctor soon, thanks for all your help everyone, i just wanted to see what everyone thought. thanks again
