My girlfriend and I just starting trying things out. I went down her pants the other night. She's a virgin and doesn't masturbate. She was wet and I started to finger her. I only got up to the knuckle on my index finger before she winced with pain and I had to take it out. Is there any way to help stretch her out without being rough? I didn't make her bleed, but I know thats the first time anythings been up there that much. Put it this way, she lived a very sheltered childhood. Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Was she sitting or laying?
If she hasn't had many things inserted into her, she won't realize she's in a bad position for fingering until it hurts or feels uncomfortable, and sometimes if a finger or object enters at an angle that doesn't agree with a woman's anatomy it just doesn't feel good. :ugh
If you haven't already, maybe try having her lie flat on her back so her muscles can relax and her legs can be opened to you, and you are both able to have visual contact and pay attention to each others movements. That is what experimenting is all about. :tup

For many lack of arousal can also cause them to tense and the experience becomes painful or uncomfortable, but if she was wet, and thoroughly aroused, that might not be the issue.

Perhaps she was just nervous, as many women are the first time they are penetrated whether it be with a finger, toy, tongue or penis.

Best wishes with your situation. This is most likely one of those situations in which practice and communication will clear everything up. ;) Keep us posted on any new developments or questions you might have.
