Exercising Naked with Partner, and in Bed

    Of course dancing with clothes on can be good exercise with a partner.

    It seems to me that there should be some good naked exercises to do with my wife. My wife does exercise at her work, usually at lunch.

    I should be able to do some leg lifts in bed, either from a front or back position. On my sides, I could do leg sissors, lifting one leg to the side. I should be able to do some arm exercises, with dynamic tension against my wife's legs or buns.

    There was a porn video entitled Sexercise, but I never watched, only hear a little about it.

    I would like to have an Aerobic exercise for a half-hour or so, which is suposed to be good for weight loss.

    Should I incorporate some light weights? Should I put extra pillows on the mattress? Should I hang off the mattress for some exercises? Is ther a bycicle for riding halfway off the bed? Some other device that I can reach off the bed, so I can have my face in my wife's breasts while I am exercising?

    So far, I have been able to put off exercising, and I don't realy have excellent ideas for making exercise the most fun.

    Ideas or Experiences?

    Exercise Naked In Bed:

    I have been humping my wife's thigh muscles, from her knees upward, and my wife can tolerate this with baby oil, and we can go some 1/2 hour. My wife may be on her stomach or on her back, but my motions are close to the same. I can come when I put my tip near the lips of her vagina, and move more slowly. I put vaseline on her vagina first, so her clitoris can benefit from feeling any changes in my motions.

    Presnetly, my heart rate is not sufficiently raised during my humping. My wife sometimes watches TV, while I dry-fuck her thighs. To raise my heart rate into the aerobic range, I need to engage other muscles. The aerobic range can be identified by just barely being able to talk.

    My options are to either incorporate weights, dynamic tension, or additional movements.

    I have some plastic weights covered with sponge rubber to fit on my hnds for running. Perhaps I could use these weights during my humping. Move one arm, and keep my shoulders suported by one arm.

    Dynamic tension could be my legs, arms or chest or neck. I could do neck exercises while humping her thighs, tensioning my neck muscles. I could tension my chest, stomach arm or leg muscles.

    This post has generated some ideasfor me. I'll see what I can do about actually developing a routine.

    Sensual Exercise

    I tried some exercises this morning. I was interested in receiving some love from my wife, but I decided to exercise first, for some 20 minutes, as foreplay. My wife seems to tolerate, or maybe enjoy, my working and breathing hard when I am in bed with her.

    So initially, my wife was on her side, so I started kissing her hips, and I was stretched out across the bed, on my stomach. So I started doing backward leg lifts, lying on my stomach. I twisted my hips and raised one leg, some 6 to 9 times, then shifted to lifting the other leg, and feeling my back muscles and leg muscles. I tried to keep up deep, hard breathing.

    Then I got up to get some lube. I did deep knee bends to keep up my aerobic breathing. I want to avoid letting my heart rate slow down. My wife turned on to her stomach, and I turned on my back, reaching in under her belly, to finger her clit. My legs were stretched out on the bed, and I did leg lifts. I did straight leg raises for two reps, then 7 to 9 partially bent leg raises, to keep up my heart rate, in the Aerobic range, 100 beats per minute, or so. I felt my stomach muscles and my thighs, as I lifted one leg, then switched to the other leg. After some 15 minutes, I started to feel fatigued, and felt a headache coming on, so I stopped short.

    Then my wife participated in a dry hump for my reward. I had some DVD's playing, one dance, and one workout video. After we finished, my wife complained about my DVD's so I shut them off, but she asked about the dancer, who was wearing a bikini, and wanted to watch that herself. So I turned the Bikini dancer back on. When it finished, I locked everything away. The grandkids are sleeping over tonight.

    Since no one else responded to this thread, I will post an inspirational picture, posted by our Administrator, Ryan, as an image of what I might look like if I allow myself to get too much overweight. Aerobic exercise is one way to lose weight. Some people take a walk, swim or jog. I prefer more sensual exercise. Here is a picture of what I am working to avoid:

    Last night, I lubed my wife and myself, but no Aerobic exercise got started. I just went into positions for enjoying dry humping.

    I think I lack the self-discipline needed for naked exercise, when I am oiled down. I need to delay lubing myself, till my Aerobic part is finished.

    Maybe I can envison a nob job at the end.

    Rhetorical Question, "What will my blow job feel when I am finished exercising?"

    Tony Robbins, Self Improvement Guru, suggests that the questions we ask ourselves can influence what we think about. Work or play. Further, that it is not difficult to change the questions we are asking ourselves.

    Of Course my wife often turns me down for Felatio, but it is still fun to ask, and imagine.

    Since I have been the only one posting on this thread, it is sort of like having my own blog. I am not trying to monopolize the topic of exercise.

    I have been intending to start exercising again. I was under the weather for a few weeks, and stopped, to allow my body to fully recover. Now I am having trouble getting started again.

    Soemtimes I am ready to exercise, but my wife is not in a position, or mood, to be a cheer leader. So I should probably come up with some approaches for my wife being passive, yet she will accept some gentle fondling while I eacercise. So I should come up with various fondling arrangements, for my wife lying on the marital bed, and I will be fondling one of her sensuous muscles or organs, with one hand, while I do leg lifts, lying on my stomach or on my back.

    Today, I asked my wife to be my exercise coach for 10 minutes. Not that I have to follow her directions, exactly, but just that it would be encouraging for her to be making some suggestions, for doing some exercise.

    I have been thinking of becoming a male strip dancer for my wife in our marital bedroom. I have watched DVD's of women strippers from Las Vega. Maybe I can do Karate Kicks and Tai Chi punching strikes, turn around forecfully, and do knee bends.

    To keep my interest, I can get some oil, and masturbate during my exercise regiman. Greeks used to have men playing sports in the nude. I don't have any DVD's of Naked Men Playing Greek Sports. I wonder if the greek sports heros jacked off during the games? Any rate, in my marital bedroom exercises, I can jump around and act silly.

    Maybe it would be more realistic that at the end of my exercise period, instead of expecting a blow job from my wife, I could just plan to lie down next to my wife, and masturbate myself to climax. Hopefully she might get sufficiently aroused to want to join the fun.

    Giving massage strokes can be a strenuous exercise. Perahps as part of my 10 minute routine, I can give her deep strokes to her major muscles. Moving through the muscle groups quickly, might provide the exercise I need to be Aerobic. I hopw to build up to 30 minutes, but I should probably start with 10 minutes.

    I am not that intersted in exercise, by itself. So this is my way of making exercise more pleasurable for myself. My wife is generally supportive of my health. I have not getten her into second gear on supporting my exercise through fondling and foreplay. I wil try to keep my expections for my wife's active encouragement to a minimum, but hope for the best.

    Although at this time, simply sitting up is exercise for me, I often have exercised in bed.

    My normal morning routine has always been fast and simple. I start with crunches, simple stretches to keep my abs hard and tight. I do 20 to 40 depending on the time I woke up.

    I then usually do leg lifts, (this as much to entice a reaction from my partner as to exercise). I lift on leg first, stretch it straight up, then to the side. I do the other... then both together. Up.... apart..... out.. down.

    We have even incorporated some sexual contact into leg lifts at times... One holds the legs up and apart while the partner performs oral sex... The pleasure makes it quite difficult to hold the legs apart, and the abdomen strength required is amazing.

    This is one of the routines I hope will help me regain fitness after I have the baby in June.

    I have not been exercising much lately. I sort of look for my wife to be recptive to my excercising with hter, but my wife has not been getting into partnership with me on exercising naked.

    Maybe I will just set up an erotic DVD shortly after coming home. If my wife is watching TV, I can use my laptop. So I can enjoy some porn while I exercise, and be ready for my wife whenever she is comfortable with cuddling.

    I need to develop a routine, for my enjoyment ovf exercise, independent of what my wife may be doing.

    Instead of eating a snack before bed, I can exercise with some enjoyable porn.

    Possible Good Time to exercise:

    I have not been successful in finding a time that has been inspiring for me to exercise with my wife, while she is in bed. Either I am too tired, or more interested in enjoying my wife.

    My wife goes to work earlier than I do, and sometimes goes out to go shopping, or go to Church. Often, we have been cuddling in bed, when her alarm goes off. As my wife is getting ready to leave the house, she is getting dressed, doing her hair, finding clothes that match. She goes in and out of the bedroom, several times during the process. Last night, as she was getting ready for Church, I began doing leg lifts in bed, while nude. My wife was going back and forth, getting dressed. So the starting point to my exercise, was when her alarm was going off, and the snooze button was being pressed a time or two.

    So I put on a nude exercise show for my wife, as she was leaving. Maybe my show will help her keep me in mind, through the day. The idea could be that my show will give her more interest when making decisions and choices, that will be more considerate and accommodating to me. While exercising, I am visualizing increasing my wife's interests in me. Even after she had driven away, I just continued for the time according to my aerobic stage. Since I am just starting back exercising, I exercised for 10 Minutes.

    good for you!

    My husband has suggested that I exercise naked. And I have, from time to time. But, I find it distracting to be naked while I exercise. I like watching my husband do push-ups naked! :brow But as soon as I begin to sweat, I feel weird with it trickling down my cleavage and my ass crack. I need something to absorb the sweat. Sure, I could keep a towel handy, but it just feels weird.

    Update:

    I did some Karate exercises in the nude, while my wife was watching TV the other night. I just flashed my leg or arm in front of the TV screen, to get some attention from her. Not to block her watching TV, just to get her to shift her eyes to me, occasionally, at least briefly.

    I like to envision Ravergirl's Avatar, circling her hands over her breasts. I need some visions for keeping me interested in exercise. I ordered a used nude Aerobics DVD, but it has not arrived yet.

    Update:

    I got my DVD Nude Aerobics last night. There is background music. There is a section of the DVD where the ladies have tights. I showed the part in tights to my wife, for a half hour last night. Usually, I turn the music low, or off,, as our College Son lives with us. So I try to avoid the sounds of heavy panting coming through the door. I have not tried exercising to music, but that may be a help. The Blues helps me pay the bills.

    I rarely exercise naked. But when I do, I'm usually practicing some form of dance. Music really seems to help. I suppose even push ups could become interesting to watch if set to music. The next question of course is ...Do you have a good sense of rythm?

    I havbee been watching a Yoga video on weight loss exercises, in yoga positions, Croucing and kneeling.

    So as part of foreplay, I will start exercising while my wife is in bed, watching the marital bedroom TV. I will interrupt my exercise, to caress and start undressing my wife. Then resume Yoga Exercises.

    Today, I told my wife, that I had a problem, that I had a desire to see a woman naked, and that I have a beautiful wife, but that my wife keeps her clothes much of the time. So, since my wife is frequently putting her clotes back on, after I take her clothes off, I have difficulty fulfilling my desire to see a naked woman, even though I have a good looking wife.

    Ideally, I would like some encouragement from my wife in my exercising.

    Realistically, that is not really happening, so to go on with my exercise, without encouragement, or spotty at best, I may just decide to be a male stripper for my wife. Ther is room beside the TV, without my blocking her view, so I can excersie, and strip and masturbate, like I was a male stripper.

    I don't recall seeing what a male stripper does when stripping for women, but I guess I will fidure out some combination of Yoga and masturbation.

    I can include soem massage for my wife, as if I were a male stripper going out into the audience.

    So far, I have not had a real big rejection from my wife, but there are a variety of ways to handle a rejction of my dancing by my wife.

    So on the way home, I wil think of ways to handle the possibility of a rejection of my male belly dancing skills by my wife.

    Male stripping is definately a difficult art form. You have taken on quite a challenge, Logger. Might I suggest you choreograph something in advance to entertain your wife with? Strip slowly, removing articles of clothing one at a time. To entice a person, I suggest leaving the best bits for last. Although masturbating can be a great show for my husband, I discovered that remaining clothed through most of it is far more arousing. I usually like to touch myself under my skirt....or I might slowly unzip my pants and slide a hand down. He can't see what I'm doing, but it certainly gets his heart rate up.
