Exercises for helping self sucking?

    Hi all,

    I've always wanted to give myself oral pleasure. Even if it's just to try it out I'd like to know if there's any exercises I can do in order to help myself be a little more flexible with my body. I can't reach just yet. :(

    Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility. Assuming the kind of position you're talking about would be somewhat advanced, so you'd probably have to start with beginning yoga and work your way into it.

    Just a thought.

    I don't do it, but I know that I can. It just takes a very flexible back, the exercise that I use to loose up my back is laying on the ground and pulling my feet up and over my head, keeping them straight. When they touch the ground sink into it, just make sure you warm up before doing this, because if you're not it can cause problems.

    And Cook, I won't push myself too far. Imagine telling the doctor you pulled your back out trying to blw yourself!. lol ;)
