Ever notice

    the older you get you don't bounce back as well when you bounce?

    Slipped going down the stairs last Monday morning the 20th and looked like a slinky for about 10 steps or so. Messed up my back, whole left side, and pretty sure my face hit the wall a one point.

    Now 15 years ago I road horses, got thrown a couple times. Road ATVs, couple pileups there. Was nothing, couple days back at it like nothing happened.

    Now, a week and half later can barely get in the car everything huts so bad... :ugh

    haha...i just had that conversation with a friend...i feel your pain...i've been outta the gym for almost a year, thought i'd just get right back to it.......except for the part where i couldnt move after the first workout back...gotta take it a little slower at 47 almost 48 years old...lol

    Went hiking with the kids couple weeks ago on a nice day for the Midwest in February. We get done feel great, ~50-60 minute car ride home so Friggen stiff have to walk the house to lossen up LOL

    Think need to work in some tread mill time during the winter.

    I noticed a change when I hit 40. Now almost 48. Hockey hurts sooo much more now...still play, won't quit till I can't skate anymore, but it hurts.

    i had to trade in basketball....................got too painful....but i started "fuck-aerobics"........feel the burn baby....:lol

    The problem with the fuck-aerobics program is, if you change "personal trainers" sometimes a judge awards the old trainer half of your shit. :)
