just couldnt get to sleep properly ............
Warm milk with a dash of sugar and cinnamon. (I heat it to boiling in the micro, then let it stand for a few minutes, remove the skin, then add the sugar and cinnamon.) My no-fail method is to curl up in bed with a book...I have a little lamp on my nightstand that casts just enough light to read by, and by the time I'm finished with the milk my eyes are blurring over and I'm ready to zonk.

Yeah I masturbate and that generally gets me to sleep, but sometimes that doesn't help either. Those are the nights when I have been very tired and can't get to sleep because I am so tired
For me its like that every night....
I work the night shift and for a little over a year i've been getting 4 hours of sleep. I have actually adapted to it, guess im some sort of zombie now.
I've had bouts of insomnia for years now,sometimes Mrs HW's snoring doesn't help the situation either.... Probably seen more episodes of the Late..Late Show than anyone I know.....
Have to agree with Raver though...masturbating helps now and then but not always....:ugh
Yes, last night. Didn't get to sleep until after 4 up at 6:30. The bad thing is once I'm that tired the next night will be the same. I usually get 5-6 in a row.:ugh
usualy i crash out about 5am but didnt get to crah till 10am ....
im a night person by nature.
Its just a little annoying when ya tired and you want to sleep but your mind just wont shut off and let you.

Yes, & it sucks especially if you have to be up at 5 am!! :ugh
